All jewelry on this site has been handmade in Canada. All items are made from sterling silver and natural semi-precious gemstones. Some pieces may feature pre-made components such as clasps and chains.

Pricing

All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary.

Ordering

Before submitting your order, make sure the described products are in the right size. We do not process returns for incorrect sizing. Exchanges available.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please pay attention to different shipping options at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

Siiri & Stone gladly accepts returns. Simply return the order to us at

within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

For exchanges email us at contact@siiriandstone.com within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card.

If your jewelry piece needs a repair or you would like to get it polished again, please get in touch via email.
